You need tissues. You’re going to cry.
I’m trying as hard as I can to fit in some workout time into my crazy days. I didn’t do much at home today, but we did run sprints in class today (8 laps), so I guess I shouldn’t feel too bad. I had the intention of doing a really good workout today, but group project problems sucked that time right up.

for the first time in a long time, I can actually feel and almost see the progress!!
I realize that I’ve been a horrible blogger this month. I still jot stuff down, but I’ve gotten so lazy in posting (caught up today)…I really want to be consistent as soon as finals are over. I’m almost free!

*I had my 4th mile run test today. I’m really upset because I actually increased my time by 5 seconds. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I pulled an all-nighter last night and I had no energy…regardless, this is not cool and I hope it doesn’t ruin my grade in running class.
I’m not a vegetarian, but I’m not a huge fan of meat either. And although I’ve had a burger here and there, and sandwiches, pepperoni, blah….I hadn’t had a piece of meat as a side or a meal for a very long time..maybe for a year or so. Well yeah, I had steak today…and it was odd. I was full all day…and then my mom made quesadillas for dinner. I wasn’t hungry, but I had some anyway. I really need to learn to say no to random hunger-less eating, especially late at night.

I’m very insecure with my tummy area because no matter what I do, the tubbiness just won’t go away. BUT when I exercise, I can totally FEEL the muscles and it feels so much harder when i poke at it! It’s not visible, but I’m starting to feel it…and it’s all becoming more tangible. That’s a step in the right direction…yay!

I’ve started using what i call “the big boy” weights in class and I feel it in the back of my arms today! This is really exciting because it must mean I’m doing something right…i think :D

The weather was extremely crazy and unmotivating at first. However, once I got out and started my run, that completely changed. It was pretty warm out… but foggy…. Then it started sprinkling. Never thought running in the rain could feel so amazing!
